Where are you located?
We’re at the intersection of Michigan and Ohio, in the Chase Bank building, on the third floor. Enter through the bank entrance, and take the elevator.

Are appointments necessary?
You don’t need an appointment to look around our showroom, which displays a selection of our gowns, but seeing the dresses in the back or trying on dresses requires an appointment. If you show up without one, we will be more than happy to take you only if we have an opening, but on some days we are simply too busy.

What is your price range?
Our dresses start at $1,500 and an average dress costs between $2,000 and $3,500. We also have a broad selection of gowns available as samples starting at $200.

When should I start looking for dresses?
We recommend a full year before your wedding. This allows plenty of time for your perfect dress to be selected, ordered, and altered and means you will not have to worry about rush charges.

My wedding is only a few months away. Can you help me?
We have an excellent collection of gowns available as samples. If we can find one you like that fits you with minimum alterations, that is often an excellent way to get a dress quickly. Also, a few of our designers will accommodate rush orders. Your consultant will be able to work within your timeframe.

Do you carry anything besides wedding gowns?
We carry the Vera Wang and Bill Levkoff lines of bridesmaid dresses, and the Demetrios and Stephen Yearick lines of dresses for the mother of the bride. We also have a wide variety of veils, headpieces, jewelry, shoes and other accessories.

What can we expect from a consultation?
When you show up for your appointment, your consultant will ask you some questions to help narrow down our large selection of gowns to a practical number of dresses to try on. Some people have very concrete ideas about the sort of dress they want, while others have only started shopping and their ideas are more vague. You do not need to bring anything, and there is no cost for the appointment. Most people really enjoy the experience.

Do you do alterations?
Yes, we have an excellent full-time tailor on staff, and ideally you should call us about two months before the wedding to set up your first fitting. Please note that the cost of alterations is not included in the cost of your dress, and depends on the amount of work needed to be done, starting at $250. You are not obligated to get your fitting done here, but we are more than happy to do it. If you have not bought your dress from us, and want us to do the alterations, we can occasionally accommodate you, but usually we are too busy. Please remember to bring your shoes and undergarments to the fitting, otherwise the fitting can not be done.
